Economy Intumescent LetterBox Complete with Intumescent Liner – Plastic bodied black frame, aluminium faceplates, complete with smoke, weather, and draught seal. Intumescent seal fitted round the body of the letterbox to crush and seal in a fire.
Intumescent LetterBox Units – An intumescent fire and smoke protection letter flap system comprising of a frame, fitted with a smoke protection seal and a springloaded flap. This can be used on either side of the door. Fitted to the door is an intumescent liner, only 3.5mm thick. A security hood with a brush seal to stop people from putting their hands through the letter box. Opening size 275mm wide 60mm high. Internal Smoke Flap – Consists of a 10mm deep metal surround, with a metal flap, housing a smoke and draught seal to suit hole size 267mm x 50mm. Standard colours available are black, brown, white, stainless steel, and, brass.

APPLICATION INSTRUCTIONS
Insert the Letter Box Unit into the hole and fix with screws supplied; insert the liner to finish and then fix
with double sided tape and pins supplied.
For Internal Flaps / Security Hoods, align with the external flap and fix with screws supplied.
